On today’s episode I interview Pat of Trickle-Down Socialism, the podcast, which he’s been producing for the last two years. TDS is a critique of capitalism and an exploration of potential solutions to poverty and other social problems caused by it. He is now in the process of working out some other independent media content ideas, so make sure you keep a look out for his work. Pat has taught history and civics in urban districts for 10 years, and he’s been working to fight poverty, injustice and homelessness since graduating from college in 2006. Pat also works as a housing advocate, where his task is finding housing for needy families. He lives in Massachusetts with his four daughters, wife, goats, chickens, cat and puppy. On the show we discuss economics, philosophy, education, politics and solutions for positive change in the modern world. 15 August 2023 – MC
